Dr. Reatha M. Williams

Women’s & Children’s Hospital recently welcomed Dr. Reatha M. Williams, board-certified Breast Surgeon, to its medical staff. Dr. Williams diagnoses, treats and manages breast disease and breast cancer in women and children including treatment of benign Breast Diseases such as; fibrocystic, fibroadenomas, breast abscesses, and breast pain.

Dr. Williams received a BS in Chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Williams then completed her medical doctorate at Oklahoma State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her Residency was completed at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she was Chief Resident in General Surgery.

Dr. William’s special interest in breast surgery led her to pursue additional training. Dr. Williams is an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons with 13 years experience and is now relocating to Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana, where she plans to continue her career in the treatment of breast disease.
